Valentine's Day

On the day that most people go on dates or do something special for their better halves, a group of us decided to meet up and make it anything but romantic. We met up at a Mongolian Hotpot restaurant right around the corner from where I live, where food it's cheap and both beer and baijiu are included ... it's kind an all you can eat deal.

We ordered up tons of food an dug in. It didn't take too long before we had round after round of baijiu washing down our throats. We all know it's a  bad idea, yet, we still continue to do it. The food was excellent and what the restaurant lacks in finesse, it makes up for with the bill. We stuffed ourselves and left on a good buzz for RMB 30, or slightly shy of $4 per person.

I unfortunately had to go home while the others ventured on to make it one Hell of a night, but with work early the next morning I had to be the party pooper and go home early. It was a nice way to celebrate Valentine's Day ... especially with no girlfriend present.
